MANILA, Philippines – He may be neophyte but Daniel Padilla, the other half of the phenomenal tandem KathNiel, already has his stand about certain things.
And being one of his generation’s hottest teen stars, Bulletin Entertainment thought it cool to ask him about random things that may or may not have something to do with the latest showbiz buzz and his career, but will certainly reveal the mindset of this boy who’s taking over the industry big time. Daniel fans, this one’s for all of you:
What would you do if your ex-girlfriend falls for your best friend?
Do you believe that a true friend doesn’t exist in showbiz?

Daniel Padilla maintains he is still 'friends only' with Kathryn Bernardo |
What will you choose: friendship or love?
How do you make the girl you like know you have intentions of wooing her?
Do you agree that celebs should always admit their relationships/breakups to the public?
It is no secret to the public that Daniel is wooing his “Princess and I” leading lady Kathryn Bernardo but maintained he is still “friends only” with the teen actress.
And now that their series is down to its last two weeks, Daniel doesn’t deny the fact that he is now closer than ever with his onscreen partner. Describing Kathryn as “masaya” to work with, Daniel hopes that their love team will not be torn apart.
“Kung pwedeng hindi, huwag na lang [kaming maghiwalay as a love team]… Kasi kapag sa iba, maninibago ka na naman,” he said, but noted he is nonetheless open to them be paired with other artists “kung para naman sa ikakabuti namin.”
Already becoming a showbiz “power couple,” Daniel said the credit goes to Kathryn as well, “dahil din ginagalingan namin pareho. Hindi naman dahil sa akin lang.”
However, Daniel admitted that he isn’t ready yet to become the next Coco Martin, in terms of acting. “Hindi muna. Hindi ko pa kaya. Huwag muna tayo sa serious drama,” he said
